This week includes 150 card changes, a new action preview for cards that Dust & Return-to-Hand, enhanced visibility of attachments for cards in hand, unit position mechanic changes, and improvements to the Market! Why trail off on your own when you can join us in Sky!

Enhancements

Improvements

Gameplay

  • Players can now easily distinguish between a Spell and an Enchantment by the frame (Spells now hold a hexagonal shape instead of a circle)
  • Improved attachment visibility when cards are in your hand
  • Incomplete decks will no longer populate the Market deck section
  • A settings button has been added to the decks’ main page to make renaming and deleting decks much easier
  • Brand new card detail page with an interactive carousel! 🎠
  • Improvements have been made to the underlying technology that facilitates transactions in SkyWeaver, enhancing speed and usability across the Market and Arcadeum Wallet

Mechanic Changes

  • When summoned, units will automatically move to the outer most position based on their keywords
Units with Guard spawn on the right (front)
Units with Stealth spawn on the left (back) between the Hero and units without Stealth or Guard

Bugfixes

  • The infamous "Duplicate ID" bug is no more
  • Cards should no longer randomly get stuck in the middle of the field πŸ˜…
  • Sanctuary now gives Shield as intended
  • Hope now gives Shroud to all allies (including your hero)
  • Units with triggers should no longer be missing trigger icons
  • Roots correctly applies to units after they leave the graveyard
  • Units no longer flash when their triggers' conditions aren't met
  • Twist & Turn now dusts before drawing any units into play
  • Gravekin can now double its own Fate
  • Gravekin now only doubles death triggers, not any card that can trigger on its own death

ARC

Cards

Buffs to some 1c units for aggro. Nerf to some healing. Shifted some 1c banner units around. Cool new cards. Not all changes included, such as template or name only.

Shatter - Give target unit Frozen. Do 2 Damage to enchanted enemies.

Vanessa - Death: Summon your top dead 2c or less unit.

Shredder - Play: Your hero attacks target enemy unit.

Void Knight - Heroes can't gain health.

Pyre Fox - Sunset: Do 1 Damage to the enemy hero.

Krakus - Sunset: If you have no mana, do 2 Damage to the front and back enemy.

Stir the Kraken - Draw a water unit. Do damage to target unit equal to your mana.

Cold Killer -

Flurry - Summon Elderwood, Songbird, and Zomboid.

See Shore - Give your hero Vapors. Draw two if your hand is empty.

Blaze - Summon: Give Flames to characters without attachments.

Leonitus - When another unit is summoned, give it Zap.

Dryad - Glory: Give enemy units -1 Power.

World Tree - Summon Elderwood. Give it +1/+1 for each element in your grave.

Suit Up - Give target unit Lead and +2/+2.

Mimic - Summon: Gains the keywords of enemies. (Stealth over guard.)

Nimbus - Inspire Air: Mulligan your hand. Give a random card in your hand -1c.

Apollo - Play: Fights target enemy unit. Give it Blind.

Cryogen - Glory: Give enemies Frozen.

Fuji - Death: Give a random enemy Flames.

Chain Golem - Death: Give enemies Chains.

Fury Mask - Your hero fights the back enemy. If lethal, your hero fights the front enemy.

Forcefield - Give target ally Shield. Give other allies Barrier.

Sphynx Mask (866)

Small nerf to make Seaweaver less efficient on-curve, and less defensive after going off. While other changes this patch likely make Seaweaver worse, I've still got my eye on it. It's a good card at calling attention to problems.


Eldest (575)

Eldest - Glory: Give your hero armor.

Small buff to Wisdom late game.


Doom Shroom (91)

Doom Shroom - Death: Do 1 Damage to enemy units.

Light Knight (622)

Light Knight - Inspire Light: Gets armor and banner.

Makes this a better on-curve play, and pulls some healing out of Heart.


Spore Blast (853)

Another face damage nerf, this one especially should be worse against stealth.

Mothermander (694)

Mothermander - Summon: Summon Firemander with stealth for each fire card in your hand.

Cost nerf to slow these stats down, they were a bit pushed to get elemental synergies rolling. The move to strength is a buff in that Strength has a lot more fire cards, though it's a nerf away from the prism with unit recursion.

Trying a Conjure version. While this nerfs deckbuilding potential, Prismata is often cast late game with a small deck, so losing the fatigue damage should help.
